YUM! I don't even know if you should listen to what I have to say about this recipe because I love mangoes so freakin' much that if it's one of the ingredients, I'm bound to love the dish. But I really did love this one - such wonderful flavors! And it did combine well with the Carribean Black Bean recipe listed in the margin of this recipe.
