I made a halfish recipe of this.

  • Used spaghetti instead of spaghettini. No big deal. Use your favorite shape.
  • Used 100g of smoked lardons instead of 3 thick-cut slices of bacon.
  • No fresh mushrooms in-house, so I soaked some dried shiitakes instead.
  • No fresh tarragon, so I used dried. In spite of changes it was good stuff. Whole wheat pasta might be good.
