Really very, very nice! I didn't use the exact amounts called for, but instead 250 ml (single) cream, 1.5 tbsp heather honey and just 125 g raspberries (and the rest according to recipe). Additionally, it would have been way too much for just two persons, so we actually divided it into four portions.

Be careful with the oats; I had them in a pan for 20 min+ and nothing happened, so I set the heat higher just a tiny bit, and immediately they started to turn brown. Also, make sure that you'll use a good quality (heather) honey, as you will taste it - though slightly less so if you make this dessert with whisky than without. Because I made two version of the cream - with and without whisky - I just served the raspberries and the oats along with the cream so that everyone could decide for themselves how much of what they wanted to add. The cream with whisky was noticeably more liquid, but not too much.
