I got Katie Lee's first book The Comfort Table from paperback swap recently. Since it was rainy and cool Sunday I decided to make Ina Garten's Tomato Soup from Foolproof and Katie's Grilled Chipotle Three-Cheese Sandwich to go with for daughter and I. It was a great grilled cheese but oh so spicy and we used less of the chipotle spread than Katie's lowest suggestion.
