This recipe sounded so odd that I had to try it. It was very easy to put together. I am currently not a fan of sauerkraut, but in this context, with the meat and fruit, it melded surprisingly well. I don't think I'd prepare this dish a second time, but it was just fine for a monday night's dinner.
