I requested this book from my local library. My daughter works at the library so they always give my holds to her. She made two recipes from this book before she brought it to me Mustard Chicken which I didn't get to taste but want to try and Coddle which she brought some to me when she brought me the book. Delicious!

It's like a thick potato soup on crack! My son in law doesn't care much for sausages and daughter couldn't find Irish Sausages any way so she omitted it.
