Way back in August, SouthernCooker reviewed this recipe, and I have been waiting for a reliable cooktop to make it. It didn't disappoint! The flavors of ginger and garlic went so well with the cabbage, and with my new induction turned up to "8" the cabbage quickly caramelized. I just couldn't get enough of this -- try it!
