Simple and delicious.
I like to use it to top a flourless chocolate cake (http://joepastry.com/index.php?cat=69), but it's great whipped up too for use as a frosting.
I didn't have rum on hand so I used Bailey's, but I'm sure that ingredient could just be left out completely. I also use a combination of bittersweet and semisweet chocolate.
