I made this simple dish consisting of only pecans, butter, honey, brown sugar, and salt seasoned fabulously with Ras El Hanout and it was a big hit for Thanksgiving pre-dinner snacks. Paired with a cheese platter it was a delight for the tongue. Definitely on my list of repeat recipes. The seasoning, while unfamiliar to many, is mild--but flavorful and does not overpower the pecans.
