I'm not crazy about meatball sandwiches, but I really liked this recipe. They whipped up pretty quickly, and were well received by my family. The best part for me was the meatballs on spaghetti the next day. Very delicious. I think I'll probably make up a couple of batches on a major cooking day and keep them in my freezer.
