I found two boxes of mac and cheese in my cabinet I needed to use. I made two recipes in this book based on what ingredients I had or what I knew, if I bought, would be used. This took a LONG time to make and great day, so freaking cheesy. I love me some cheese, but this was day glow orange and extremely rich once I was done with it. Very hard to eat all of it. I shudder to think what the nutritional information would be if I had it.

That said, hardly any curry taste. Not a winner.
