I love roasted cauliflower, this recipe changes things up a bit by having you toss it with a Vietnamese dipping sauce. The dipping sauce is good for lots of different things (sandwiches, pasta, etc), and surprisingly good with cauliflower.

I should confess that I didn't prepare the fried cilantro leaves or puffed rice.
