While these were good, we had better sausage balls. It tasted like it needed a little something more. I didn't make the apple butter/ Dijon mustard dipping sauce and maybe that would have helped. They were good with a bit of mustard on them though. Different in that they had cornmeal in them. We did enjoy them though as part of our Christmas Eve Appetizers 2014.
