This is our new favorite coleslaw recipe....so light and tangy.... absolutely delicious.

I love the use of sour cream in this recipe. All the flavors balance nicely and yes, is a variation of many recipes I've made but it is this combination of ingredients which has made this my go to recipe.

I have tried several coleslaw recipes and never really found one that I liked. This one is perfect. The dressing was light, but tasty with just the right about of bite (from the dry mustard) and tang from the lemon juice, champagne vinegar and sour cream.
Chef Keller said to dress the coleslaw last minute to prevent it from turning purple, but I like my coleslaw less crunchy, so I found dressing it in about 6-8 hours before serving was best.

This made a very nice, light coleslaw. This recipe uses sour cream in the dressing instead of the traditional buttermilk. A good addition to my coleslaw repertoire.
