I made this for my kids and I for dinner and we all really liked it. My daughter put more honey mixture on at the table but my son and I thought that there was plenty already on the chicken straight from the grill. Next time I would only use about a 1/4 cup of honey (and the corresponding amt of mint) as 1/2 cup seemed to be too much.
