To make these, you'll only need enough mini-muffin tins to make 36 brownies (for me, that took three) and an ice cream scoop for the batters. These batters are really sticky, so don't torture yourself trying to use a spoon.
There are no crazy ingredients, and the recipe is simple but it does have several steps. Bake the brownies, cool them, then top with a dollop of peanut butter mix and chopped vegan chocolates.
