Fantastic burger. Blue cheese is sandwiched between two thin extra lean burger patties before pan frying. Sautéed mushrooms are piled on top before eating on a toasted bun. Hubby and son loved these too although son ate his mushrooms on the side and had tomato, mayo and pickles on the burger.
