My daughter said this is what happens when a cookie marries a brownie and they have a baby. We all thought they were delicious. Recipe says 40 but I only got 30.

I must be living in a cave - I just googled "brookies" and wow - lots of recipes! These look really good - how did the author lighten them up?

She used a very small amount of butter and instead of all whole eggs used 2 whole and 2 whites. Also she said making them small helps with portion control.
