Buffalo Chickpea Pizza

This recipe turned out great. I cheated and bought pizza dough, rather than making my own. The directions look complicated at first, but there are just handful of components with only a few ingredients each. I doubled this recipe. The first pizza I assembled was too heavy, and kind of fell apart when I moved it to the baking sheet. I assembled the second one right on the parchment paper, which worked much better. The buffalo flavor was spot on, and it was a success with my non-vegan guests. The proportions were a little off, I had varying amounts of leftover sauce and chickpeas. Mine didn't look as pretty as her website pictures-how did she get Daiya to melt like that??
