We both thought this was quite yummy. I made a half recipe:
- Used frozen cooked shrimp, which I just warmed in the skillet with the cajun seasoning.
- The cajun seasoning I used was a cajun rub that I made for something not tooo long ago.
- Used wine for the deglazing.
- Used aillets (young garlic) for the green onions, which aren't available here. Quick, easy, and very good.
