I ate these as a wrap using collard greens since I don't have a dehydrator to make the bread. I wish I did! The burgers were yummy. I don't normally eat raw, and this is my first attempt at a "raw" recipe. I used regular mustard instead of her mustard recipe and I added an avocado. I enjoyed it and will make it again.
