This was an appetizer recipe and makes small salmon cakes but we had them for supper and loved them. The shrimp gives them an added touch of flavor and I love the panko in them. Also the touch of jalapeño makes it great. I did use lime zest instead of lemon since they were half the price and I thought it was great.
