Rating 4 - Very good, will make this again.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one, although putting pine nuts and goat cheese into something already puts it on the road to being good. This was a great alternative to a green salad or a cooked vegetable recipe. I found that I had to use a vegetable peeler very slowly to get nice ribbons of squash, but it worked very well.
