Grilled romaine - such a weird idea! But I was looking for a side to serve with some grilled salmon, and we had a lot of romaine. This was delicious! We didn't have the red onion, so omitted that ingredient. Served with the suggested this buttermilk chive salad dressing was just brilliant. This would be fun for a backyard cookout party as its both brilliant and unexpected.
