Great classic chocolate chip cookie made gluten free! I prepared the dry ingredients in the food processor and could not detect any grittiness. I ran a little short on the brown rice flour and subbed in some white rice flour. Also used a combination of chocolate and peanut butter chips and walnuts for the 12 ounces of chocolate chips. I will under bake these a bit next time to ensure the "chewy" texture - mine were a bit more crisp.
