This was great! Of all the mussels dishes we've made, I think this was probably the best.
The only minor point of criticism: there wasn't enough sauce, you'll need about double the amount. Funny enough, when I tasted the sauce beforehand, I didn't actually like it that much - it simply tasted like mayonnaise. But it worked really well with the mussels. We substituted vodka for aquavit - actually, I didn't even taste it.
Serve with baguette, or fat Belgian fries.
