As the Baba Ganoush already contained too much garlic and lemon juice, I was careful with both, using only one garlic clove and 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Still, that was too much, especially too much garlic, as the raw garlic has a tendency to intensify over time - it was okayish on the first day, but already overpowering on the second.
