I usually bake my meatballs in the oven but decided to try this recipe where they are fried in a bit of olive oil. I only made a part recipe for our supper to go in sauce and over spaghetti. These had a few ingredients I'm not used to in meatballs - grainy mustard, and heavy cream. They were delicious though and I hope to make them again and try the BBQ meatball recipe, also from the book. Maybe I'll also try the Swedish Meatballs and the Sweet and Sour ones.
