Vegan Caramel Brownies

These were crazy delicious. Super moist, sweet and chocolatey. I didn't see any binder in the recipe though, and wondered what was holding them together. It ended up being good intentions and gravity, neither of which were up to the task. Serve these with a plate.

These are loaded with coconut oil, and taste like it. Don't serve these for those inexplicable folk out there that hate the stuff.

One minor complaint: the caramel sauce needed for the recipe is on another page of the site, and if made as directed makes less than is called for in the brownie recipe. I had to get out my phone and do some calculations. I would share them with you, but I've already forgotten them. Math, yall.
