This was ok. Rather spicy, but I used Herdez Cesara Medium Salsa. It was good and went together in a snap, but I honestly don't see myself making it again. For ease of getting dinner on the table fast, though, I would recommend to someone if they were looking for such a thing. I think my husband liked it better than I did. Served with cornbread.
