Every year I make some kind of breakfast casserole for part of our Christmas Breakfast. This is for 2015. We all agreed this one was very good. It had a couple of options for the meat, bread and cheese. I chose to use a Mexican blend for the cheese, French Bread for the bread, and Kielbasa for the meat.
