This was from the magazine's Healthier helpings section and it was delicious. It contains all the essentials of a southern New Year's day meal - collards, black eyed peas, and pork from the bacon in the cornmeal drop dumplings. In addition there are turkey sausage, onion, chicken broth, fire roasted tomatoes and seasonings. Yum!
