As I was putting this together and realizing how much it made, I was really hoping I'd like it. Well, happily, I love it. I made it as an ingredient in Sinaya, a dish I was looking forward to trying. I am reviewing Sinaya separately, but suffice it to say that the spiced meat and onion filling was absolutely delicious. I have since used this spice to brighten up an unexciting white chili and as a rub for a burger -- work beautifully in both cases.
