Full disclosure... I made the popover recipe minus the brown sugar topping. I needed a basic popover recipe and wanted to try this. It (the batter) is much like other popover recipes, with the exception of a little brown sugar and cinnamon. The cook time on this was a little long I think, and ended up taking them out after about 40 -45 minutes total and they were perfect.
