I make these fairly often, they are delicious. Made with desiccated coconut, coconut milk and glace cherries, then sprinkled with icing sugar when cooled.
Update: I now reduce the amount of sugar to just under half a cup, and omit the icing sugar topping. The glace cherries seem to provide more than enough sweetness! :)
