Perfect name for this meatloaf. It's got to be one of the best I've ever had. Loved that it has both pork and beef in it as well as Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Then there's several other tasty ingredients and it's topped with some bacon and after baking for 30 minutes a tasty glaze is put on and basted every 15 minutes for 45 more minutes.
