Chocolate Brownies

Rich and super chocolatey. I cut the sugar by 1/3 and they were satisfyingly sweet enough. The recipe said these were the moist versus the cakey type of brownie but I found them to be a nice balance between the two.

By far, these are my favorite vegan brownies to date. As long as they're not overbaked, you end up with a nice, dense, chocolately brownie. Topped with a mint chocolate frosting, you have vegan brownie heaven. =)
