Really delicious cake. Only used 2 apples of medium size. Used full amount of spice and added extra cardamom extract to the dough. Used one egg (from my sister's chicks) and one flax egg. Will make again. Took to a gathering and everyone loved it.

Hi Catbatty! I keep meaning to make more from this book, however I’ve only done the 2 cakes so far. Will keep posting when I do.
