Difficulty: Easy

This is an amazing salad; the radish chunks, basil, and Parmesan combine so well. I grow radishes and basil each year so I can enjoy this every spring. Somehow all the ingredients combine and complement each other in a really great way; even people who don’t like radishes will enjoy this salad.
