Indeed this is a simple curry, very typical of 60s&70s, I think. Onion and garlic sautéed, then beef cubes added with curry powder. All into the crockpot with 2cups bouillon to cook for a good long while. Probably should only be 1cup of liquid. There was way too much, and it was way too thin. I'll add a potato to the leftovers, for substance and to thicken it up more. We have only three servings from this, rather than 4-6 as advertised.
