I am giving this one an extra star which I am sure it would garner if I had followed the recipe. I was short on several things and messed up the sauce but it did come together nicely in the end. This is not a difficult recipe, I was in a rush, hence the mistakes/missing ingredients. Love the heat from the dressing against the cool cucumbers and noodles. Very fresh and tasty.
