These were soft, delicious and perfect for tacos. Definitely a more corn forward flavor and more pliable than my regular corn tortillas. Minus one star because the ratio of water to the masa/hominy combo was way off. This could be because I may have over processed my hominy, making it a little mushy and thus not requiring the 1 1/2 cups water (only used about 3/4 cup).
