Fettuccine with Zucchini

I'm not sure why zucchini got singled out for the titles, since there are also red bell peppers and tomatoes. Whatever, it was good.

• Fresh pasta (my original intention, but time didn't allow) would be overwhelmed by the veggies, I think.
• I cut my zukes into pieces about 1-1/2" long and cut these bits into julienne-ish strips. Think it would have been prettier to cut them into lengths as long as the bell pepper strips.
• Seemed to need lots of salt at the table, but I didn't really measure that.
• I seeded my tomatoes, but didn't peel them. (Ssh!)

This would be especially good in summer when you're getting the veggies directly from the garden.
