Loved this! Made this when my husband was out of town as he does not do tofu. I'm not a huge tofu fan but wanted to try this recipe. I have to say I loved it - tofu and all! The sauce was yummy and there was plenty of it. I had it room temperature for dinner the night I made it and then cold the next day for lunch - both worked well!
