This is a very large pancake with fresh apples baked inside and later sprinkled with fresh lemon juice and confectioner's sugar. It is very easy to make, baked in a cast-iron skillet. It turns out delicious. I'd suggest it for a Sunday morning breakfast or a family brunch. It's sprinkled with lemon juice and confectioner's sugar. My family loves it.
