Dried Bread Crumbs

The dried bread crumb recipe is super simple. I don’t think I will ever throw stale bread out again. I used this recipe in the Meatballs with Pappardelle and they were a great substitute for store bought bread crumbs. I definitely won’t be buying them again. One thing I learned while making the Meatballs with Papparadelle is to do this step first because as soon as the tomato sauce goes into the oven, the oven temperature never comes close to what this recipe calls for. I also found the baking temperature and time to be a bit off, so I found it easier just to watch and see how they looked.
