A simple recipe, very easy to make. I used these in the rainbow chard recipe, but I think they would also make a nice nibbler with cheese. This recipe makes a lot, and they only keep a week, so I would probably halve it next time.

I made a batch of these to go in the Rainbow Chard with Raisins, Pine Nuts, and Serrano Ham (p 205). The recipe is super simple and they were a nice compliment to. They really balanced the salty of the nuts and ham. The recipe made extra and they were great added to salads. I also used them in a batch of scones.
