I picked the berries late yesterday evening after I got home from work and made the jam at 3 AM this morning so it could chill before making the pancakes. The jam was easy to make but took about 40 minutes to cook. The pancakes are crepe like and were quiet good but I like Amy Theilen's version of Swedish pancakes from The New Midwestern table cookbook a bit better. Delicious.
