This is a creamy, delicious, egg-free ice cream base. I added cinnamon and vanilla to the basic recipe allowing it to steep for 30 minutes or so. Then, layered chunks of blonde brownies and a sprinkle of sea salt once it was churned. The base is not too sweet but has a nice texture making it perfect for all kinds of additions. The cinnamon vanilla combo reminded me of rice pudding which I love!
