We really enjoyed this one. I sliced a medium- large tomato each for my Mom, daughter, sister and I and spooned the dressing over. Even thought it stated it served two, it made enough dressing for 4 with some left over. This was a simple to put together dish that let the tomatoes be the star. I know I'll be making this one often this summer.
